Fly-tipping Action Wales has used the findings of the Jill Dando Institute of Crime Science London direct its work programme. These findings can be viewed on the DEFRA website.

 

Our Partnership Document incorporates these findings, which follow five themes:

1. We will make it harder for people to fly-tip.

2. We will increase the risk of getting caught and punished for fly-tipping.

3. We will reduce the financial incentive to fly-tip.

4. We will make it easier for people to reduce, reuse, recycle and dispose of waste legally.

5. We will remove the excuses used by fly-tippers.
